Getaway Mornignton Peninsula offers a full management service of your holiday home. This is more than just a phone booking service, we look after your property as if it's our own and do all we can to maximise your bookings and, therefore, your return.

  • Signing the Management Authority and Letting Agreement, plus payment of the marketing fee will be the activation of our service
  • Three sets of keys to your property will be tagged and registered securely
  • Professional photography will be scheduled and copy writing will be completed
  • Manage enquiries and bookings on your behalf in a timely and professional manner
  • Internet marketing will commence on the some of the websites, including Getaway Mornington Peninsula, Stayz, AirBnB, HomAway, Bennettsfn, First National and more
  • Seasonal advertising and promotions - agency wide and property specific
  • Regular communication to company database and external sources
  • In-House signage (Septic tanks, pools etc) and property set up with Property specific Conpendium including information on local activities, dining options and property care
  • Guest Welcome Pack including directions and check out information
  • Responsive contact to all enquiries
  • When a booking request is received, Getaway Mornington Peninsula use their discretion to confirm or decline bookings on your behalf
  • A photographic Condition Report is completed at the beginning of management whilst post-stay inspections are conducted after each vacancy
  • Your property receives an assigned Housekeeper that quotes for a 'standard' but property specific cleaning and attend the property after every occupancy
  • We have a number of preferred and trusted tradespeople to complete any maintenance work or repairs that are necessary
  • We hold a Security Bond Pre-Authorisation of $1000 for every Guest booking, deductions are made from this Bond Authority for excess rubbish, excess cleaning and malicious damage. It must be understood that maintenance due to normal wear and tear is the owners liability and will be charged accordingly
  • We organise co-ordinate our trusted tradespeople to keep your property at a high standard
  • We process your payments after each Guest booking and email statements directly to your nominated email address
  • Provide feedback from the market and Guest on a regular basis
