Well appointed, the kitchen features electric cooking, coffee machine, and contains all the pots, pans, crockery, cutlery etc you will need to self cater. Two good sized bedrooms sleep 4guests with ease and are serviced by a central bathroom and separate toilet. With reverse cycle cooling and heating, year round comfort is assured. The property also features two fold out couches for extra guests.
Outside you will find a secure courtyard with bbq and outdoor seating to catch the sun and watch the children play.
Step across the road to beautiful family friendly Rye foreshore or stroll on the pier just metres away. With Rye Village at your doorstep you can leave the car at home and experience delicious food, shop to your hearts content and even take the children to the beautiful playground right on the foreshore.
Remote garage parking for the jet ski and/or cars.
Additional bedding includes three futons one located in the main bedroom and two in the living room. Please note maximum guests at the property is 6.

Firstly, I must mention... Location! Wow! This place is fantastically positioned to suit a variety of needs. We crossed the road, walked straight onto the beach and were treated to one of the most breathtaking sunsets I've ever seen. The sky was so clear that the stars were clearly visible, like nothing you see in the city. While it was cold, layering up and taking a stroll along the beach was exhilarating. The air was fresh and crisp.
The unit is on the main road and it was a very short stroll to end up right in the thick of it. Pubs, bars, shops, restaurants, a bottle shop. The pick up and drop off point for the keys is also conveniently located here and the people were pleasant to deal with.
The unit is very adaptable. It can be a base to store your things while you go out exploring but is also the perfect hideaway to curl up on the couch, snuggling into one of the many cosy throw rugs. The heater quickly takes the edge off and the entire unit is warm and comfortable within minutes.
With all modern creature comforts, it's a home away from home. There's a huge, mounted Smart TV in the lounge and a TV in each bedroom. You can stay in and cook your own meal in the fully equipped kitchen (or bbq!) or step out the front gate and be right next to the action of the main street. The RSL is just around the corner too! Make sure you stop in and say hi to Callum!
The place was immaculately clean and inviting. Being the last unit, it is set back, away from the road. This gives you access from the street behind, where you can park in the garage. It's definitely worth mentioning that being set away from the main road meant that the place was very quiet. This, coupled with a big, comfy bed, made sleeping a pleasure.
I felt very rejuvenated after our stay and can't thank you guys enough!

What a fantastic relaxing weekend spent in this lovely unit just metres away from the sand and sea. You could not ask for a better location! The unit is perfect and seriously has all the creature comforts of home, very thoughtfully planned out. The heat/cooling split system warms the unit up quickly and the throw rugs are awesome to snuggle up in and watch a good size TV screen. The Unit also caters for elderly parents or grandparents something you just don't find in most holiday accommodations. Definitely the best unit on the block and being right at the end is amazingly quiet. There is enough room to park 3 cars with a great area for having a BBQ with table and chairs. We highly recommend this holiday accommodation do yourself a favour and book it!!
